Our DS (3) seems to be wishy-washy on the idea of growing up. During our last WDW trip in October he proclaimed he was not a little kid anymore....he was a big kid. Then 30 minutes later when he was told he was just tall enough to go on splash mountain, he replied "but I am almost a baby, I'm too little for that". We did not force the issue (even though we know he would have fun).
Fast forward to Friday night. We were going to dinner and again he proclaimed "I'm not a little kid anymore, I am a big kid". DH said to him "that's great, I guess the next time we go to WDW you will be able to go on Splash Mountain!" DS thought about it for a second or two and replied....
I'm not growing up any more....Sorry Mom
He is just too funny!
