Ok, first let me tell you that I "think" I know what I need to do : EXERCISE!!
I don't feel well - aching in my joints, tired, always hungry, and stressed.
I'm so tired when I get home that the thought of exercise exhausts me more.
What do you think????????????????????
And, NO, I haven't been to my doctor.

but maybe it overwhelms you? what do you think you could do and set a goal? how about 4 days a week a 15 min walk? getting started is truly the HARDEST step.......go for it! you CAN DO IT!!
