Palin's freaky religious leanings do scare the crap out of me....to say that the war in Iraq is a task from God...? Come on! For McCain to pick Palin for VP shows a complete lack of judgement about what's best for the country....only what the Republicans thought best for winning!

That would be scary. Too bad she never said it. What she said was:

"Pray for our military men and women who are striving to do what is right. Also, for this country, that our leaders, our national leaders, are sending [U.S. soldiers] out on a task that is from God. That's what we have to make sure that we're praying for, that there is a plan and that plan is God's will."

In other words, pray that the war is in God's will, which is a huge difference than saying that it IS God's will.

We could really care less what you or others outside this country think. When you get in trouble, you always look for our help no matter what party is in office. This will never change. You like to condem the big dog, but you always have your hand out in an emergency.

Who's the one looking for help, you guy's invaded Afganistan, because of 9/11, NATO joined you and you took off to Iraq for "weapons of mass destruction" leaving NATO to hold the bag while Georgy went to avenge his father next door. Iraq should have never happened, what happened to getting Osama. They took their eye's off the prize and the sucker got away.
If we ever turned off the oil tap you'd come to a grinding halt, where do you think a good chunk of your oil come's from. So who needs who? We need you as much as you do us.
