I'm New! What does a postcard say?

I was wondering what do you receive when you get a postcard? Is it ever given after you have already made reservations? Thank you for any information you can give me. Oh, how do you add those cute characters to your email? I clicked and it just printed the word wave?

As for the postcard there is no real rhyme or reason to getting one but it will tell you of special discounts on resorts and it will have a pin number attached to it so only the person it is addressed to can use it. You can receive a postcard after you have made a reservation but again there is no telling if or when you will get one.

As for the icons, even though it said wave when you clicked on it, the icon will show up when you post the message.
