I'm new here-have questions!

My family and I travel to Orlando 2-3X/year. We usually spend 2-3 weeks each trip. Usually each trip is only WDW (we have AP's). My 2 kids are getting older, ds13 and dd10, and we have decided we want to start going to Universal too. We have our next trip planned for 3 weeks next month and another 2 weeks in February. In looking at the tix prices, it just makes sense to buy the 2 for 1 year AP, right? It almost seems too good to be true!

Is there a place that I can look at the benefits of being a annual passholder?

If I want to buy tix to Rock The Universe, would I still get the passholder discount if I buy online but won't be activating our AP's until Sept. 4? I hope that makes sense!

No, you would not get the discount if you want to pre-purchase your RTU tickets. To get AP discounted tkts in advance, you call the AP hotline and you need the PIN on your AP to purchase the discounted tickets, which you won't have until your have your activated AP in hand. Now, I'm not sure if you can wait till you arrive, flash your AP, and then purchase them a few days before or the day of? I have never been to RTU, so I hope someone else can help.
