I haven't read a single thread here yet, but I'm going to have a lovely browse as soon as I finish posting this. 
I keep hearing about this wonderful WISH board, and the thought of having a resource that helps me stay on track and be at goal weight has inspired me to start on the Atkins program (something I never thought I'd do!). In just 6 days I've lost 6 pounds and am actually below the goal weight I'd set for myself.
I decided I wanted to come over and see how other DIS-ers manage their eating programs, since I am finding it very difficult to eat at all and have been making poor choices as a result. So "Hello" to you all, and I'm looking forward to the excellent advice and suggestions I know you all have!
