I've always been the type that said the only resolution I would make was not to make a resolution.
This year, though, the success I've had with WISH and WW has me in a "taking stock of my year" kind of mood. With the help of all you wonderful WISH'ers I've come a long way in the past 6 months--farther than I would have thought I could! I still have a long way to go, but I know I can get there!! And even though I've had success, I know I can do even better! So, I hereby resolve to:
***Finally start a regular exercise program! No more excuses! WATP tapes-here I come!
***Start a WISH journal. I write down what I eat in my WW points tracker every day (if you bite it, write it--right WW'ers?) I really think a WISH journal would give me a new level of accountability. Who wants to cheat when you would have to write it down for all to see!
OK, guys, those are mine! Now let's see yours!

Now I know that I wasn't alone.
), I resolve to get right back on.
) However I am getting out of my little comfort zone and will say ....I resolve to exercise more! I am at risk for diabetes and have high chlorestoral. (Great BP though, go figure) My doctor's comment on my test results... control and improve by diet and exercise. I'm not much of a daily or even weekly journaler (hmmm, is that even a word?) so I won't commit to that just yet.
whew lot say while "avidly clapping"
