I have found myself with the daunting task of planning 3 trips at once. We are having out of town guests for spring break, & the 4th of July. I'm also planning my family vacation. Of course, none of these trips are for the same destination. Some of our out of town guests want to spend a couple days in Orlando, & the others want to spend a few days at the beach. I know that Orlando is one destination that I can depend on you guys to help me out. :) I need recommendations for clean, reasonable accommodations for March 19th & 20th. My sister & I are both clean freaks, so that is the most important. We probably won't be going to WDW, but will be dining at HOB, RFC@AK, & Beaches & Cream, so it would be nice to stay near there. We are all on a limited budget right now, but won't sacrifice cleanliness to save money. Any suggestions? TIA :)

We are a family of 6 and stayed at Holiday Inn Nikki Bird Resort in December and although the outside is an older motel it is nicely updated and new carpets were being put in while we were there. The property is huge and we were near the back so it was quiet.
The one thing we do insist on is safety and cleanliness and it was definately clean, safe and we loved it! It is one mile from WDW-there is a set of lights as you leave parking lot, turn right and drive-no more lights or anything until you are on WDW property--never had trouble with traffic. Room had 2 double beds, a pull out sofa bed, mini fridge, microwave, in room safe--the 3 pool areas were gorgeous and it was only $65 a night! For someone on a budget it was perfect!
It was a great price and it is difficult to find accomodations to hold more than 4-5 people without paying high prices--we found it and trusted others reviews on it--pleasantly surprised and would stay again!

Tropical Palms Fun Resort will accomodate 8 people, it is about 3 miles from Disney. It is clean, and the foilage is lush. You will have your own deck with picknick table. Range from 69.00 night to 89.00 night for 2 bedrooms, a loft, and full kitchen, living room with fold out couch. (loft has bed). We loved this place. It is on 192 at mile marker 9, between Disney and Kissimmee. (sp?) You can find it on the web at Tropical Palms Fun Resort Kissimmee. Good luck.
