In fact, I have a little Mickey bowl of popcorn on my desk right now; a spritz or two of popcorn butter and a sprinkle of whatever seasoning I'm in the mood for and it makes a great alternative to chips.You just seem unsatisfied. Drink a huge glass of water, have more salad or other healthy snack and remember...Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.

So much truth to that statement!!!What was your sensible meal? If I don't get enough healthy fats then I won't be satiated. Maybe decrease the carbs in relation to your protein/fat calories?
ETA - A small piece of quality dark chocolate goes along way to making me feel satisfied!

Diets do not work. Deprivation does not work.
And I HATE the saying about "Nothing Tastes as Good as Skinny Feels"! This is a lifestyle, NOT a diet! I still have pizza, burgers, fries, and cupcakes in moderation and in correct portions and I still lose plenty of weight and inches. I am not going to live the rest of my life without those foods, so why should I do it while I lose weight?
I like to snack on carrots and pretend they are cupcakes![]()
