Safely home after spending a great weekend. Spent yesterday with Robin (spielerin). She went with me to all the interpreted shows and to Scoop's Pin Talk. I had an awesome interpreter named Tara. Scoop presented Robin with a Continuing the Tradition pin. She was so surprised. This was just after Scoop had given her a pin for helping him and she had slipped it to me since she knew I wanted it.
Scoop's talk was full of DIS people yesterday and there were so many that it had to be moved into a larger area.

This was an incredible trip!! I'm hoping someone took a picture when he presented the pin. The first thing my mom asked when she heard about it was "How much is it worth?" My dad on the other hand understands the feeling completely even though he's only slightly into the pins.
Sorry I didn't check in sooner Lisa. I brought home a souvenir I didn't know I had -- a cold. But on the bright side, since I took the day off work I've been able to catch up on the boards today.
The pin trading was incredible, and I had the chance to meet some wonderful people at the pin meets. (and in line on Friday) I also met some great cast members and picked up some great pins off of lanyards. (I now have all of the topiary pins.)
I'm hoping they'll release the dates for the next BIG event early in the year so I can plan ahead for it. I still have to update my pinpics to start trading the event pins. (I bought too many.) I'm sure some generous soul will volunteer to take them off my hands.
