Can someone help me, because im trying to pack, and its supposed to be in the 60's and 70's, and i have no idea what to wear. Im a very hot natured person, and we will be walking constantly so do i still do shorts, or jeans??? Were staying onsite so i guess i could go back and change, but then if i pack for three climates im going to have 2 suitcases and some. were going for 8 days.. does anyone have any ideas, becasue it would help me out so much right now...:confused3

Hello suesue2002! I am new to the DISboards too! I have gone to Disney several times, always in March. While the weather was mostly in the 70s, it did start off cool in the mornings. I am by nature a cold person and I found it comfortable enough to wear shorts and just bring a hoodie or two. That way, I can switch out my shirts but wear the same hoodie and have an extra packed just in case I needed to change it at some point. When it got warmer, I took my hoodie and then wrapped it around my waist and I was fine for the rest of the day. I did bring one pair of pants just in case, though. If you wanted to wear pants and sweatshirt and then change when it got warm, there is also the option of renting a locker for $5 a day (it actually costs $7 but when you bring your key back they return $2).

So basically, I packed mostly t-shirts and shorts with a hoodie and a pair of pants. (Do not forget a poncho!) I was able to get everything into a small suitcase. Though you will be walking outside, a lot of the attractions and queues are indoors. I hope this helps!

Capris are PERFECT for that type of weather! :thumbsup2 We went early feb. in 2006 and had hi 60's to mid 70's most of the week. My DD's and I wore capris w/ either a short sleeve or tank top underneath a zip-up sweatshirt. When it got warm in the afternoon, we tied the sweatshirts around our waist. Definitely bring a fleece jacket and one pair of jeans can it can get cold! Layering is the key! Enjoy!:goodvibes

Thanks for the help.... I love the capri idea, didnt think of it, but then again i dont think i own a pair either. guess thats just another excuse for me to go shopping before our trip.:woohoo:

Layers are the way to go! I would pack a little bit of everything - shorts, capris, pants. Remember, you can always do a quick load of laundry mid-trip. (I went in 2005 during a hurricane. Before the hurricane went through, it was very hot and humid. After the hurricane, it was about 15 degrees cooler. I was so glad I had brought a variety of things to wear - it ended up being much cooler than I had thought.)

Also, about 10 days before your trip, you can check the hour-by-hour forecast on weather.com. It really helps to know how much cooler it is likely to be in the mornings and evenings.
