I'm goint to my first Monster Truck Jam Friday...

My youngest is 14 and pretty much a mix between girly girl and tomboy. The monster truck show tends to come around her birthday and her and her daddy go to it. The year before last she came home with a flag signed by gravedigger. She was in heaven.

DH and youngest want to go this weekend. Gravedigger appearance Thursday afternoon, which we haven't told DS. He LOVES Digger, lol.


Thanks for the heads up on the earplugs. I've got to work, so now I've got to figure out what to do with older son. He won't do well with the noise.

pray for me. DS7 told me he was just dying to go see "Gravedigger" (apparently a well KNOWN monster truck ). The Monster Truck Jam is coming to town tomorrow night, so.... Although I'd rather eat glass, looks like me and the little man are heading over to the coliseum tomorrow night to see Gravedigger crash some cars. It'll all be good I guess since it's sure to be good quality time with DS. Here's hoping I can still hear come Saturday.

this is why I love my brother! He took not only my son, but my sister's sons to see The Monster Truck Jam weekend before last. I'm SO glad to have him for a brother!

Gravedigger and Predator are both cool trucks. Not that I would know anything about monster trucks.

We've gone to Thunder on the Beach a few times. It's loud even outdoors.

The times we've gone -- since it's a weekend thing on the beach -- they drive the trucks down one road, then park and all the drivers are available to talk to and get autographs, pics, etc.

My son loved that part more than the actual show.

Are they having Robosaurus? That's cool.

I love monster jam!!!!! GRAVE DIGGGGEEEERRRRRRR!!!!!!! We have banners up all over my ds's room, and when he was a baby we taught him to say "SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY!!!!!!!" you know, like the old commercials? We had to much fun.

My nephews love Gravedigger. I got hijacked to a show in DC last year. My fave truck was Anger Management.
