Yeeks!! I'd better finish packing!! Looks like it is 60 degrees there right now! Should I pack my winter coat!!

I have two last minute questions -
I'm staying in the Disney Resorts and signed up a last minute trip - I signed up for Mickeys Magic Bus ride - but no time for the mail version. How do I get to Disney? - Is it free if I'm staying there? It says it is, but then it says, sign up. I'm soooo confused!
Second question - I was going to buy my tix online but no time to mail them. Is it better to wait at will call? or should I stop along the way at a ticket place? What should I do??
I'm soooo excited!! We are going to Disney for 15 Magic Days!! First family vacation ever - we work too much!
