I'm beginning to think that I should have stayed over on the cruise line board and not started reading this one..................
We have a lagoon view concierge room booked at the Poly for the last week in August and I keep reading more and more negative posts about that resort. We have stayed off-site many times (usually at a Marriott timeshare or the Marriott World Center) and never had any problems. This is our first time staying on property and I would really like it to be great, but I am having some serious second thoughts. If the Poly is not as nice as I expect it to be, I will kick myself for staying there, because we can stay in a timeshare 2 bedroom condo for about half the price.
For anyone who has stayed Poly concierge very recently........ should I be concerned? Enough to change my reservations?

Give the Poly a try - from everything I've read, you will be at a terrific resort with beautiful landscaping, great dining and transportation options and a wonderful concierge staff.
If, however, the complaints you've read really "hit home" with you, then look into other resorts and make a change. All the Deluxes sound amazing!
We keep trying different resorts, but nothing is like the Poly.
