Hi all!

I'm soooooo excited I've just booked a trip to DLP with my DH and DS. I am so excited. The last time I went on a Disney Holiday was WDW about 3 years ago. I can't wait to introduce the world of Disney to my 1 year old son.

I have 2 quick questions though. Does anyone know if the playground at NBC has baby swings ie ones with a bucket type seat, so babies don't fall out? Also, does anyone know if the Pocohontas playground has baby swings?

I can hardly believe I'm going- only 2 months to go- I'm off on April 19th!!

I expect I'll have loads more questions before the big day!

All the best,

Sally ( I'm so excited!!) :Pinkbounc

I'm afraid I don't know if they have any baby swings at DLP - hopefully somebody else will know.

Well done on booking the holiday!! :Pinkbounc And if you've got any other questions, just ask and we'll try to help!!! ;)

From what I can remember - they don't have baby swings in the Pocohontas playground (someone might correct me on that) - I don't remember seeing any.

Hi Sally and welcome to the DLP DIS board :wave2:

From memory I don't specifically recall baby swings at Pocohontas :confused3

Hi there,
We're booked to stay at the NPB and although it's not something I'd looked at, (my two wouldn't be interested in the playground) I have received a letter from our tour operator stating that "there is no children's outdoor play area at the NPB as stated in the brochure, however, there is a children's corner inside, this is located within the Fisherman's Wharf bar area".

Sorry I don't know anything about the Pocahontas play area. :)

Thank you all for such a warm welcome.

I'm a bit disappointed about the lack of outdoor play area at the NBC- it's one of the reasons I chose there. Do you think if I complain I might get a room upgrade? (Ever hopeful!!).

Yours hopefully,

Sally

There is a small outside playground next to the Seq Lodge but I don't recall it having any swings and although we spent time in pocahontas playground I can't remember either way if they have baby swings.I'll try and have a nosy through our photos ans see if I can spot any in the background. :goodvibes

Thanks Angela, it's appreciated. Whenever my son gets bored or fractious, a go on a swing always improves his humour!

All the best,

Sally

Sorry Sally

Didn't have a view of the swings just three slides :guilty:

Can anyone else help ??
