Keep us posted on the weather forecast…heard that hurricane Iselle may be passing thru on Friday (the day we come). I hope it's downgraded by then…but am worried about weather delays trying to get there on Friday.

Hope you're having fun!! I finished cleaning house (or all that I'm going to do anyway) and I am packing!!! Worked on it all afternoon…have all of my stuff ironed and in packing cubes / folders & I have my overhead bin carry-on packed. The other cubes still need to be put into a checked bag - I'm hoping I will have room for the snorkeling gear in my bag too. I have all of DH's stuff ironed and it's on hangers waiting to be folded & rolled into the cubes and DS's stuff is in about 20 piles in the spare room. Still lots to do!! Pedicure break at some point tomorrow!!

Checked in yesterday fairly late. They did mention the weather at check in. Just to say Fridays movies might be cancelled. It keeps getting downgraded. They now expect rain probably Thursday night into Friday. Doesn't sound like it will mess up flights but will keep you all posted!

We are trying to figure out if we should revise our plans!

Checked in yesterday fairly late. They did mention the weather at check in. Just to say Fridays movies might be cancelled. It keeps getting downgraded. They now expect rain probably Thursday night into Friday. Doesn't sound like it will mess up flights but will keep you all posted!

National news announced tonight that schools are cancelled for tomorrow and the governor has declared a state of emergency.

Prayers to those there that everyone stays safe and rides out the storm.

Cross your fingers for us.....we r supposed to land at HNL at 11:40 am on Friday. ..not sure our flight will actually take off. No more availability at VGC...may have to move to PP if we get delayed. Uggg.

At least some of the schools on Oahu are closed on Friday. We have several friends that live there and all of their schools have cancelled for tomorrow.

Keeping my fingers crossed that the storms blow over quietly without too much disruption and destruction.
