Just saying a big hello from the land of constant sweat. On the upside, I no longer have to buy moisturizer so, I got that going for me.

Hosting a party in the morning and hoping that I can manage to get my OCD in check and pull out a decent shindig.

Okay y'all...so my renter backs out on Monday. I scurry to find one on Tuesday and got a security deposit by Thursday.

Saw a sign at a church on Tuesday (evidently they change the names
regularly)....it said, "Dear Lisa, Jesus loves you.". That night Jesus called
me...and is now going to rent our house. Okay--it is pronounced "hey seus"...but it works for me. Just thought that was kind of funny.

In full cleaning mode here, as were are leaving Tuesday on a last minute/sort of trip. . We probably knew we were going, but just finalized the date. So, now it is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, as I can not stand to come home to it

We are just going to PEI to stay at my Dads. It is up for sale, so this may be the last time for us. DH is working, so just the kids and myself flying out. Will be a bit of a break.

Saw Dr. today, and he did ok the flying, and gave me something to think about. Going on Perm. Disb. I have to t hink about this. I have until Oct 31st. I am approved up until that date, and may need more time. I have NO clue what to do. I need time for sure.

Hello hello hello!

Been keeping busy around here. Over the course of the last couple of days a bunch of us that grew up together back in the Jr high days reconnected and now e are all going to Disney at the end of September. It was weird how it all came together, like it was meant to be.
So between doing all that planning and organizing I've been busy.

Yesterday hubby and I went fishing, watched the sunset and saw some dolphins. That was pretty cool. Just caught 2 little ones but it was fun. I think today we are going to the beach.

Hey MF- good to see you. It's been pretty dang hot here hasn't it! Still loving it though.

Momma- That's a tough call but you have to do what's best for you and your family. Feel ffree to come clean here, I've been slacking!

LLP- Glad you found someone on such short notice. I remember going through that when we were going to rent the house up north. In the long run we decided to rent it to out kids. So far so good.

I would rent or to my kids, but the Department of Children of Families may have a little issue with that.

the cleaning crew that I didn't think was coming showed up on my doorstep this morning. Yay---no more cleaning for me...yay!!!!

On a puzzling note---all the crap in my living room will NOT fit in the van. Thought I'd ship some of it, but decided to not do that. Ruthless purging time!

Tomorrow night we are staying in an oceanfront hoteL.. And by golly, once I have the certified check for rent...I am
ordering room service!

Hello everyone! Spent my Saturday putting up sweet corn. Ugh...58 bags of it. I'll probably have a flashback of all the work and start crying when someone takes a bag out of the freezer this winter!

Okay--just ordered room service and I feel like they forgot to charge me for something...here is what we ordered....

3 kid plates, 1 po boy for mommy, 2 of those we paid a dollar extra for sweet potato fries...4 drinks and a glass of wine, 2 desserts, plus $2 delivery fee and mandatory 20% gratuity....came to $56. Maybe i am delusional from the moving, but I thought that was great for room service.

hubby kind of thought it wasn't. But fast food cost me $19 and denny's type place costs me about $35 for all 4 of us. And they don't give me wine.

Been pretty busy around here. I finally got our room reservation in order for our girls trip in late September. We ended up renting points and got a 2 bed, 3 bath villa at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani. With 6 girls, 3 bathrrom will be very helpful! It's gonna be something. 3 of the girls I haven't seen in almost 30 years!!

Started back at Weight Watchers. Fell off that wagon hard! But on a positive note, I didn't gain all the weight back that I had lost by one pound. But like my leader said, at least I came back. Also got my sorry butt on my Wii fit yesterday too. I'd love to drop about 10 pounds by the time I see the girls. If nothing else, I won't be rolling over my shorts. LOL

Still working on re-doing the bedroom. We don't move fast around here. Got all our 'stuff' just need to put it up and all. Oh, and we bought a new bed. After eyeballing the sleep number beds for years and years now we finally bought one. Hubby said he wanted to get one because I haven't been sleeping well and he wants me too. He is just the best!!

Weather has been kinda crappy lately. I'm dying to get out to the pool but it hasn't worked out that way so far.
