At the top right where it says 'Search' type in Disboards UK and click on the magnifying glass.

In the search results (there should only be one) click on Disboards UK then, on the right, click on 'Join group'

That's it you're a member.

I spend the evening with the laptop on my knee flicking between DIS, facebook and the weight watchers website
