If she's still a best friend... Well, I don't want to get in any trouble. I say just delete, ignore, and move along. That's what I do with people like that.

she didn't have any arer,hats,clothes,rooms,furniture and she asked me for five things blue and gold dress top and shoes cowboy pants and some other things.How can that not sound like a friend

It doesn't sound like a friend at all... She should EARN her stuff, not get free from a friend. I'd say do a RAOK thing to her. Random act of kindness. If she asks, don't. If she doesn't and you want to, do it.

The first step you should have done the first time she threatended you was report her, you would have kept your stuff and be in a happier situation. I think now all you can do is delete her.

I'm sorry I can't help it but I think her friend must know some things in order to hold this kind of power over her. She must be threatening to report you for something you are actually scared is true and will get you in trouble other wise you would cut her lose like a bad habit.
