We didn't make any PS's (just two of us) and got to eat at 0'Canada (lunch), Marrakesh (dinner), Boma's (dinner), Garden Grill (dinner), Kona Cafe (breakfast). We did try calling ahead on the same day for Ohana's and were told no. I agree that if you really have your heart set on eating somewhere make your PS's.
