sorry it took me forever to post this.. i had alot of stuff to do this week..

I’m going to start of the report by saying that I have a wonderful time and I wouldn’t trade it for anything... well maybe James Lafftery... lol. I haven’t been to Disney since 2004 we I went with cheerleading, i've been in '03 '01 with cheer as well... so I haven’t been on some of the rides because allot of my team members didn’t want to go on the "carousel of progress" it was space, splash big thunder mountain and haunted mansion then we left.

Tues. 6/20

-O’Hare int'l airport... I love that place... its so interesting and cool, are plane was delayed from 8:30pm to 9:10pm... I really didn’t mind it. So we finally get on the plane and take off. I had to sit next to my brother... joy. I listened to my iPod... (The princess diaries vol 5)

Weds. 6/21

-we land around midnight and got our car (2006 grand prix gt) and went to find our house
- My dad refused to stay onsite he said "going to the parks the whole time is enough" so he rented a house in the lindfields (the road with all the cheesy gift shops and fake Disney tickets?) we settled in and went to sleep...

Later Weds. 6/21

- we got our Disney tickets at Kississmee Tourist Bearer (sp) we got a 4 day hopper and got a 5th day free
-cocoa beach FL, amazing... we get there sand is on FIRE we set up and I laid out for awhile, then I went body surfing.. Im too cool for surfing.. Im just kidding I cant surf I don’t live by an ocean I live by Lake Michigan. You’re lucky if the beaches are even safe to walk on.. -the water at the beach smelled from the rotten sea weed that was washing up
-shopping at Ron Jon.

That night

-our house has an in ground pool and it’s screened in, so we went swimming before we went to dinner. We went to cracker barrel. Went home, went swimming again then we went to bed

Thurs 6/22

-magic kingdom
-space mountain
- Carousel of Progress (sp)
+ 1st time ever on that ride... it was amazing.. lol.. It’s a great beautiful tomorrow
-BTMRR
-Splash Mountain
+1st ride that was shut down.. we were told not to get in line at all from Cast members ( I have no idea what happened)
- ate at Pecos bill
- haunted mansion
+ 2nd ride that broke down

-MGM
-Tower of Terror
+ Amazing as usual
- Rockin` Roller Coaster
+ Amazing again
- I have the coolest picture, everyone posed for the picture.. ill try to post it

went home, watched world cup swam then bed

fri 6/23

-animal kingdom
- expedition Everest
+ 40 minute wait, not bad, it’s amazing
-Kali River rapids
+ 20 minute wait, it was kinda boring
-Dinosaur? (trying to get a special dino, ride in a jeep)
+3rd ride that broke down for awhile, we were in the car thing, pretty cool ride
- expedition Everest again
+ 60 minutes ended up to be 50

-EPCOT
- spaceship earth
+ 4th ride that broke down, it broke down right in front of the printing press part for about 10 minutes
- walked around then left


- animal kingdom
-Expedition Everest

after that went home

Sat 6/24

Animal Kingdom
-Everest
- The longest wait 80 mins
-My brother and uncle went on Kali river rapids ( me and my dad didn’t want to get wet)

Rain was coming so we left for awhile

-Back to Everest ( we had a Fast Pass for 4:30-5:30.. we got out passes at 12)

Magic Kingdom

-Splash Mountain
+ 70 minute wait.. ended up being 30 mins
+ 5th ride that broke down... sheeesh
+ while we were on the ride the spectro magic parade was going on.. we saw it when we were by the garden patch on splash

my dad decided we should leave after we got off, because the fire works were going to start
-he can not stand crowds at all.. especially when its dark and when he cant see anything...

went home swam, dinner, espn bed (see the pattern)

sun 6/25

EPCOT

- Soarin`
+ it was ok.. I personally think that 60 mins is not worth the wait... it was too short...
+ Mission SPACE.
- my uncle and I did it.. my dad and brother didn’t want to.. they got our fast passes for test track
- my uncle and I were on the orange team... I went on MS when it first opened.. I was there for cheerleading.. it wasn’t bad
+ Test Track
- waited in the fast pass line ( which was outside the building, but it was shorter)
- then the announcement came on saying that there were technical difficulties.. that played about 6 times.. then cast member started to run around buy the track and loading area
6th ride that broke down
- then we were told that the ride was closed and to turn around and leave
we left.. then an older man was slumped over on his son (?) and I think he passed out? then I guess a doctor, while on vacation with his family came and helped until an ambulance came

Magic Kingdom

- We got Fast Pass for Space Mountain
- Carousel of Progress
+ I like that ride.. it’s a great big beautiful tomorrow
- my uncle fell asleep.. he started to snore.. he woke up when someone on the intercom said " NO VIDEOTAPPING"

we walk outside and it was a monsoon.. it was pouring.. we had to fight our way from the exit.. I guess people are afraid of rain..

- TTA
- we went on that twice

Space Mountain
- it wasn’t our time to use our fast passes but we waited in-line anyway
+ we get to the loading area.. and I was talking to my dad about the time I saw the inside with the lights on.. 2 seconds later... ( okay okay maybe a minute ) the lights came on.. it was cool.. we saw the track and we saw the TTA cars go by.. the lights were on for about 20 minutes.. the people in front of us asked the cast member what happened he said " well I can't say.. I mean we sign a paper saying that we can't say what really happened.. we can only say some one got of the ride too slow so now we have to re start the track.. " I kind of thought that was a complete cover up but since that’s what he is only allowed to say I guess.. we saw all the cast members talking on the phones and running everywhere...
7th ride that broke down

we went on that 2 times then left... went home swam. espn, dinner bed

mon 6/26

the last day.. we cleaned the house and got our stuff ready and loaded the car up and went to MGM

-MGM
- Tower of Terror
- Got Fast passes for RnR
- Muppet 3D

my cousin and her husband were there so we met up with them

-RnR 2 times
- Indiana Jones.. that was cool.. it guesses we could count this as the 8th ride that broke down because they couldn’t do the airplane and stuff on top of the buildings because the thunderstorm that was coming..

left that.. monsoon again we headed to the exit

we were running to our car.. I slipped.. then we sat in the car for awhile till it let up.. well it never did... we left for the airport.. got there and found out our flight was delayed not only because of the weather in FL but the weather in IL.. our original times were 7:44pm.. it went to 8:15pm to 8:30pm to 8:57pm back to 8:30pm.. waited then we boarded and headed back to Chicago...

Just b/c it stopped for ten minutes doesn't mean it broke down. A whell chair could've been gettin on. Sounds like u had a good time though and I can't wait to go again in August. I just wish that our Cheerleading squad wen t 2 Disney still. But oh well we get to go for band.
