Ok.....I feel really blonde here, but........what is body glide and where can I find it???

Body Glide is a product that looks like deodorant. I'm reading off the label:
"Anti-Friction Skin Formula"
Helps Prevent Blisters and Chafing
No Mess, Non-Greasy-Non-oily

You can probably just Google it if your interested in buying it. It says it is also good for dry skin, saddle sores, cracked skin, rash

These are great tips! I love my NB at Disney but, maybe I will bring some gel inserts too!

You can use Bodyglide wherever you would experience chafing or rubbing. On feet, thighs, under arms, wherever.
