Hi All

I'm back and while I cant log on from home at the moment I can from work. Today is my first day back in the office and its horrible.

We had a really fantastic holiday. I've listed my highlights and lowlights on the trip planning board. Linked below (hopefully)http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=870338

So we thought about going back next year - its always the way isn't it you start planning as soon as you return!!! BUT we've decided to leave it until 2007. Next year we'll go to Greece.

So how can I cheer myself up now that I'm back to reality and 2007 seems a looooooong time away?!?!?!?

Did you take any video footage while you were there??? We always transfer ours to DVD and watch them all the time! It makes us smile and laugh and holds us over until our next trip!!

2007 - you are lucky!
We aren't going back for about 5 years!!!

Keep surfing on this site - that's what I am doing.

I get my daily Disney fix here, playing the A-Z Disney game. :cool1:

Glad you had a lovely time.

Its really hard getting back to normal when you have had the best holiday ever! Keep looking at all your holiday snaps and any video you took. You will be back into a routine in a couple of weeks and you can start planning your future holidays :cool1:

And go to the Disney Store loads and buy yourself little pads and pens and stuff.

That's what I am doing next month.

It's our first Wed Anni and as it's traditionally paper, DH said we could go to the Disney Store on Regents St (as we are going to London to see Ewan McGregor in Guys & Dolls as our Anni treat) and I am allowed to buy a load of Disney Stationary.

ooohhhhhh....my two fave things all in one sentance....Disney and Stationary.

Oh, I'm having a hot flush!! :rotfl:

It took me a couple of weeks to come back down to earth after our holiday. This was the only holiday where I wasn't packing ready to come home after a week, infact I had to throw everything in the suitcase the night before we were due to leave. :rotfl2: Hopefully our next holiday will be just as good. :flower:

Tink,

Don't bother going to the Disney Store on Regents Street. It closed ages ago!! There's one on Oxford Street opposite Bond Street Station.

Have fun and happy Anniversary!!

Thanks Andy.
You will save my little feet from walking unnecessarily down Regents Street. :goodvibes

Hope you and all your friends/family are ok what with all the bombings and stuff.

I must admit, I am a little nervous coming to London next month but you have to carry on don't you?
Like my DH says, when it's your time, it's your time, so we are going to still come to London, but we are going to walk most places rather than use the tube like we normally do.

Thanks for the tips guys.
I've booked to go to Kos next year so that's helping a wee bit and as others suggest I will keep surfing these boards - wot would we do without them after all :goodvibes

Andy I cant belive that store closed. I lived in London for years and have fond memories of it. :rotfl:

Kos is lovely.

We went there 2 years ago (gee's - how time flies!).

It was a gorgeous Island and we did nothing but relax the whole time.

xx

Kaylee, yes I'll be staying here for tips. I am already working on that 2007 plan!!!!

Tink78 - thanks for the info about Kos. I am looking forward to it.

I just have to plan another trip when I get back.

Luckily enough we bought into DVC so know we will go back every year.

We won't be going to WDW until October 2006 so have to go to Disneyland Paris at half term for my Disney fix.

I like to look at the News and Rumours board to check out what will be new when the next trip comes round.

I hope you enjoy your holiday next year.

I have downloaded my photos to a separate file on the computer and now have it as my screen saver and my favourite is set as the computer wallpaper. My pc is in the kitchen so I can see the photos whenever I'm cooking or doing anything else in there. :goodvibes

I have done the same thing with my photos :earsgirl: it is great when I walk past (mine is in the hall).
