I started out stong on tuesday and by Friday i caved and was sampling every thing from icecream to fudge. There's just so much to eat in Gatlinburg! OMG i have ate all the things i loved and i tried to control the portions but i fail big time! Then on to Atlanta on Sat. We took in the Lenox mall and OMG sampling everything thur the mall! I am so scared to weight in guys. We did'nt get home till late this evening and i weight in on sunday mornings. I think it's best i not weight in till next sunday i'm scared i've gained a ton of weight back! I am having a ton of aniexty. And you know what i did'nt like how it made me feel i'm not just talking guilt. All that fat just made my feel yucky! I am having a terrible time coping with my eating habits while i was away. Now it's pay back time. And i so wanted my new clippee this week i just don't think it was meant to be though. I will weight in next sunday and hope for the best. BTW with the exception of my guilt of overeating i had a wonderful time. We stayed on Ski mountain in a beautiful chalet and the view was of the smokey mountains was awesome. We woke up every morning to the sunrise (of course rolling over to go back to sleep.LOL) I found a new drink i love (margarit GOLD) OMG i had like 5 the entire trip not to mention the bottle of ASTI champange we downed friday night. See i told you i was bad.LOL I missed you guys and congradulations to all my loser buddies this week i hope to join in the fun next sunday or the sunday after that or the sunday after that.LOL
You were on VACATION, for goodness sakes! You need to loosen up now and then. I'm betting you didn't eat as much as you think you did. And even if you did, 3 or 4 days will not make any real difference in your longterm losses.
