Well here I am sat back in my freezing cold office, waiting for the heating to kick in. :cold:

Out of 25 in my office, I am 1 of only 4 people in, needed for cover. :rolleyes1

Never mind, I have a nice cup of coffee, a packet of biscuits, a newspaper, and of course the dis. :rotfl2:

Oh and I suppose I have some work as well. :rolleyes1

Me :guilty: Not many of us in here either. Thank goodness for the internet :rotfl:

I don't go back to work until 4th Jan but I'll think about you while I'm sat watching crummy TV programmes and stuffing my face with choccies ;)

Although, having said that, with 3 kids in the house, I'm beginning to wish I was at work :rotfl2:

back at work here too, but only today and tomorrow and then thats me till 4th january......starting a new job on the 4th so it's a bit weird being in work, nothing really to do

I only work term-time thank goodness, but it feels like I have only just finished work today, after having all the family around our house for the Christmas period. DH and I are going out for dinner tonight, he is back to work tomorrow in London :(

:wizard:

I have taken some time off so as I only work Tuesdays and Wednesdays taking off 3 working days gives me nearly 3 weeks off - great eh? :rotfl:

It's our 28th anniversary tomorrow so we're out but other than then and NYE when we're going to a local Country House Hotel, I'm going to hibernate in front of the "box" and fire:rotfl:

Not back until 4th January. Will think about you all back at work ;)

Am back at work scouring all the data for great holiday deals and destinations, am totally undecided as to where to spend August hols, no, don't suggest Florida, couldn't bear the crowds and humidity! have also been frantically pricing wdw again but keep trying to persuade myself to give it a rest for a year, will probably do DLRP between xmas and new year instead.

Noooooooo go to WDW instead, you know you want to! ;)

Yep! you're right Jen, have you booked again yet?

I'm back at work on Friday but only for the day ;)

Carol, we havent booked yet but we are VERY close.....!!!

Back at work this morning but now off as going to center parcs for New Year.

As soon as I got home I booked a four bed luxury lodge at Darwin Forest Country Park in Derby for August Bank Holiday for us and my friend for her birthday present (7 altogther including the kids). I knew my boss would have booked the middle of the summer holidays so I would be allowed a day in August. We usually go to WDW in October half term and booked last summer! My boss agreed to me taking off 25th August so got home and booked. So worth going in for one morning!!!

I too have never been to WDW in August mainly because of my boss and I think it would be too hot too.

Off to my friend's tonight for a boozie get together. My voice is nearly back to normal!
