Hi all!
I've been MIA for a little while...I was on vacation and at a conference for about 2 1/2 weeks. I got back last Monday. Weight-wise, I had lost 14 pounds and gained 2-3 back (I've been flucutating between 10 - 11.5 pounds lost). I actually consider that to be pretty good considering the kinds of REALLY bad things I ate while I was away...I did do a LOT of walking too though, so I think that helped to keep it from being worse.
Anyhow, I'm going back to Vegas a month from now and plan to lose some weight so I can go shopping for clothes. I just had to check into the DIS since it's been almost 4 weeks since I've been here, and needed to feel all of that positivity that you all exude!

) What are you looking for in the way of a kick? OK How's this? Keep doing what you were except for the REALLY BAD stuff. And remember how much walking you'll be doing in VEGAS. It makes up for a whole lot of discretionary eating! Have a ball and visit often for more encouragment!
