I did great for a while this winter exercising every day- didn't lose much weight though and although I felt better, with no weight loss (or very little) I got discouraged and stopped. Now I've gained those 10 pounds back and I feel just as lethargic as ever.
I look at my elliptical trainer and I dread the thought of getting back on it. It's really the easiest exercise on my degenerating hips though.
I'm doing WW online and I bought a few "staples" today for the pantry. I found out recently that the Log Cabin sugar free syrup is pretty good and takes the calories from 210 to 35
I'll be 40 on December 3rd and I really want to be PROUD of myself on that day. I want to feel strong and confident as I head into my 40's.
Any comments are welcome!
