What happens next if Disney goes over the 30 day period for the ROFR process on a pending contract? If it goes over the 30 day period does that mean Disney waived their rights to purchase the points back?

We submitted it to Disney for ROFR on August 1st, and we still haven't heard anything. Is the weekend days included in the 30 day period or is it just business days? Thanks.

It's very possible you'll hear in this Tuesday's batch. If you don't, I read on another set of boards that someone who waited past 30 days for ROFR sent Disney a letter and somehow that got the wheels turning.

Congratulations. This happend to me as well. I think we were 34 or 35. They took all 30 days, and they send the info back to realtor in batches, while it had passed, our realtor just hadn't received notice yet. So they send groups back at a time I think. Anyway, the wait is now over and again congrats. Now the wait to close, and then the wait to get into the system ;)
