Assuming due to candlelight package and things haven't opened up for that yet... but can't even book a reservation ANYWHERE at Epcot. There is availability up till 1:40..... and then availability starts again at 5:50.. and this is for all Epcot restaurants.
Really need a late lunch that day... and of course, Le Cellier is our pretty much only choice we want, and can't book anything.
Seems they have held back from 1:40-5:50 for all the epcot restaurants for candlelight packages that can't book yet, even if just want to book a regular meal and not candlelight.
We're looking for a 2:30, 2:40 lunch (doing breakfast at 10:30... so a 1:15 available lunch is way too early for lunch for us, yet that is all that is available.
Really messing up my whole planning!
can't even book an early Garden Grill like we usually prefer.

Are you looking at 11/23? I see Le Cellier available at 2:50

The huge gap in the middle does suggest that it's due to the CP packages not being released yet. If I remember correctly, the same thing happened last year for that time period.

I'd book something that you can get for sometime that kinda works, just so you have a backup, and then keep checking (especially around the time the CP information comes out).

I called last year at 180 days at 7am and could not get LeCellier for dinner and even had a hard time wtih Garden Grill..... ended up making a 8pm Garden Grill. It was Dec. 12-18th. We are going again the same week and I am worried the same thing will happen.... they are holding reservations for the CP.

Yeah, I saw the 23rd it was okay... seems to be starting the 25th once CP starts up that it's all blacked out for any booking at all. I did try calling... but nope, they had the same issue I had online.

If you need to finalize to feel safe (like me), grab one of the open times and do a quick snack to tie you over to the early dinner instead of late lunch. I'm one of those planners who wants everything finalized on my schedule and I don't have time to always be checking....Japan, Mexico, and China are 3 countries that have fab menu choices for sharing a bite to get you through.:)This year is our first going the week before Christmas, so I know I'll be doing some "workarounds" on my first choices but that's the way it goes;)

Aarrggghhh! This online Dining ressie system is such a mess! I have spent 45 minutes, just trying to test out making a ressie to try and see what you were talking about, and it keeps kicking out my ressie confirm # saying I don't have ability to book at the 180+10 window right now. Hmmm... well at 5 AM this morning it worked and I booked all my ressies for Dec1-3. It took me quite awhile this AM, since it kept logging me out, then losing my confirm#, then reject, then accept, then log me out when I did a search... What A Mess!

Anywho... sorry, I tried to check it out but to no avail. I was able to book 2 ressies for Le Cellier, but we wanted to go for lunch early both days, and neither day are MVMCP nights, so that wouldn't have affected me the way you are describing. I will say, I looked on NOv 18th which is an MVMCP night, and there still was a ressie at 2:30, but that doesn't disprove your theory... you may be right about what's going on

I would assume for late Nov that is due to the fact that CP packages aren't finalized. Something similar was/is happening with Epcot availability during Food & Wine, presumably because the special festival events aren't finalized yet either.
