Carol -- I AM! One of my tips is in the 2006 PassPorter so I cannot wait to get my copy :cool1:

When you finally get your 2006 Passporter, you must let us know what page your tip appears on ::yes::

I'm still waiting for mine :hourglass

Hopefully soon :scratchin

iluvwesties (aka Carol) :wave2:

Got mine yesterday. My dd, 12, grabbed it and disappeared into her bathroom with it!!! I found this strange since I got one as a prize last week while in WDW...a 2004 copy....and was able to have Dave Marx sign it for my dd. That was her favorite gift from my trip. When I asked her why she grabbed mine and ran...her answer was.."But you have Soarin' in yours and lots of color stuff!!!" Good job Dave and Jennifer (and all your elves)!!!!!

to spend a snowy cold day! I am enjoying my snow day with my brand new Passporter!

The deluxe addition was delivered two days ago. I hadn't had time to open it yet but as 5:15 am, when the TV announcer said 'no school in our county', I decided to spend the early morning dreaming of our May trip.

I almost hate to write in it!

Same here! I have my 2004 book all penciled in and need to transfer the info to the 2006, but hardly have the heart to do it.

I paged through the whole edition last night, skimming over the green highlights that are updates from the 2005 book. Even DD14 was excited to pull it out of the packaging. She took care of loading the binder for me.

We got ours yesterday. Read through it in 10 min! We know just as much as they do and I can thank the Disboards for that! Now I'm left with a brand new Passporter and no one to use it!

OT--but just had to say, Carol, I love the picture of your westie! We have a 4 month old westie puppie and I can so relate to the picture!

Nancy :earsgirl:

Luckily we had a snow day today and I was home to greet UPS...I felt like Steve Martin in The Jerk when the new phone book arrives!!!! The new Passporter's here!

This is my first one...I've long known about them but for the first time splurged on myself and got the deluxe starter kit. It's awesome!! I've already started filling things in and can't wait to fill it up...maybe you'll all find it waiting for you when you get home tonight..OR even better...under your Christmas tree!!!!!!

I am STILL waiting for my Passporter. I'm so discouraged that I haven't gotten mine yet.: :(

I haven't received mine either. The whole reason I pre-ordered was because I understood that I would get it faster than waiting for it to hit the shelves at the bookstores.

Still waiting and getting frustrated. I preordered mine when they first went on sale so I would get it early. ARRRG

Is it a book you can buy somewhere with lots of good WDW vacation planning stuff ???
I usually get the Birnbaum book...
Sorry to bug ya'll, just wondering...
Thanks :confused3 :wave2:

Is the deluxe worth the extra money over the regular one? Any thoughts. Thanks I am wanting to order a one and not sure which one to get. :goodvibes

I'm surely not the best one to answer but here's my $.02 anyway (btw mine came about an hour ago today and I preordered the deluxe binder one). It's a cool travel guide with information like the kinds of things here on the DIS and maybe more. It has cool pockets and such, making it kind of like a daytimer planner thingy (a plus for me). So you could update it w/out necessarily buying a new one for future trips. IMHO it was worth it. I haven't really had time to peruse it the way I want to (I'm saving that for tonight) but I'm so excited I can't stand it! So for me, yep, the excitement is worth the price. But I am somewhat silly re: Disney stuff :rotfl:

Thanks. :goodvibes Sounds fun. Anyone else? :goodvibes

I ordered one from Amazon and it won't be here for another week! Oh well, I ordered the Unofficial Guide, too and it should be here soon. I'll have that to read until the passporter gets here!

Anyone know why you it shows available on passporters site and not available till jan. 9th on amazon? Anyone order one from amazon and get it yet? Thanks :goodvibes
