I'm a kinda upset

when I book 3 nights I was never told that through walt Disney company I could get the fourth night free, now that i s not available so I am a little POd that if I want another noght I have to pay for it, I am very close just to cancelling my whole trip, seems like this wasn't in the cards, I have no excitment at all

Call back and explaine what happened they can see when you made your ressies. That should show if you where in the time frame they have the 4 night free. But they offer this 4th night free several times.

If you booked directly with the hotel they will not give you the 4th night free. If you booked through the vacation package number or online you should be able to get it. I am having the same problem, the vacation line has no rooms available, so I had to book directly with the hotel where you can't receive the offer! Very frustrating!

OK, This is it, I call walt disney vaction Co. Then can give me a stand room at the DL hotel for 3 nights and one night free, no concierge for a little over 1200.00 I could do that with the ap4 rate for the same or a little less at the GC concierge theme park view...so I am going to be happy with what I have because I know this won't be my last trip there. Good luck, I hope you get it, I tried but wasn't worth it

The thing to decided now is if you are going to let that ruin your whole vacation. If so, then you are going to find things throughout the trip that will become nightmares. You might as well stay home and not spend the money.

On the other hand, you can let it go and let the magic begin. Go and have a great time! Disneyland is where the magic lives on!

there were some days/nights during the promotional period where the hotels were already booked enought so the 4th night was never offered at some levels (standard view/concierge/ suites). we had that happen. we had reservations for standard room at DLH and called on the first day of 4th night free at 8:30am (PST) and was told it was not available for our travel dates unless we upgraded to concierge. (had not been and would not be- i even called 3 times hoping to get a different answer) we switched hotels (to PP) and were able to get the 4th free for the same dates. so they may not have offered the promotion because it may not have been available for the room you were looking for.

I discovered the AP4 rate is not available for the fourth night free, but when I crunched the numbers, as you did, I discovered the AP 4 rate is better.

Heck I have 4th nite free right now, and am hoping for some availability on AP4...its cheaper and I can upgrade! Go, have fun and don't sweat it.
