Life is horrible.
I made a thread earlier about my hip problem. Well, apparently it got a lot worse in the three days since then.
My hip flexors are too tight (or something to that affect) and I'm waaaay too tense around my waist, making it dangerous for me to do a lot of physical stuff.
I was given an ultimatum. I can either do a series of painful stretches 4 times a day, or I can quit the track season and go to physical therapy. I chose the stretches. I have a week to try and loosen my hips or Andy'll pull me from the season and ship me to PT anyway.
On top of that, I've got bursitis in both shoulders, sub-scapular tendonitis on both sides, plantar faciitis in both feet, superbly bad knees and ankles (possible arthritis, I haven't wanted to ask).
Why do I keep doing this?
Thanks for letting me vent!

It caused extreme pain. All sports ended. But, numerous X-Rays and MRI's, a radioactive bone test, and a year and a half of PT later, I'm better.
