Is there a restaurant that we can eat at and watch the fireworks, if not...where is the best place to stand/sit to watch illumination?? Thanks for the help.

There are two locations that actually have tables on the lakefront.
Rose & Crown at UK, Tables outside are not guaranteed but they will do their best.
The other is Cantina San Angel which is the counter service location Mexico. But you will need to get there early to stake out a table.

Otherwise there are really good views all around the lake.
