Illuminations?

We are going in February... just found out as it was a Christmas gift...I am trying to make ADRs and seeing what is available. I am having a hard time figuring out what time Illuminations is... is it typically at 9:00? Or does the time change? It was not clear on the Disney App. We are thinking Chefs de France... we have not been there yet and my husband loves French food.

It is 9:00 almost always as far as I know. It may change for some special events but I've never seen any other time than 9:00 pm.

Generally at 9:00. During evening EMH, it's at 10. Last week, it was 10:30. Never before 9:00, as far as I know.

It is at Park Close which is 9:00 PM in February.

On EMH nghts,it is still at "regular" Park Close.

While it starts at 9:00PM most of the year, IllumiNations runs at 9:30pm (when Epcot's closing time moves to 9:30) every night throughout the holiday season (starting the night after Thanksgiving) every year.
On the nights this time of year when they move Epcot's closing time even later, to 10:30, IllumiNations moves to 10:30, too.

And, yes, there a few other nights during the year when Epcot's "closing time" gets moved to a later time and IllumiNations moves with it...
but, it does not move for PM EMH.

For most times of the year, it will be at 9:00 which is park closing time, even if there is evening EMH.
