We will be arriving at WDW Sept 4th and that evening have our FP+ for FEA. This is a must do for my Frozen obsessed 4 yr old. Since that is at 545 - 645 we were just going to head there, get dinner at Epcot then Illuminations and back to the poly for an easy night. Now that MSEP is ending I am wondering if it would be worth it to try and make the 11pm showing that night. I do NOT want to fight the 9pm crowd but since it is a monorail ride away I thought we may try it for 11 (if everyone gets their naps in). Our travel day should be pretty easy about a 2 hr flight super small airport and grabbing a rental at Alamo. I will not attempt if we are too tired but if we feel up to it is it even feasible? The only other night it is listed as playing while we are there is Monday the 5th but being labor day I think it may be pretty busy and that would mess up our dining reservations big time as we planned to be at HS that day and sci-fi is the only thing my dh asked for this trip.

I'd think that would be cutting it close. Illuminations begins at 9, so you'd have to factor the show time in, exiting the park in the crowds, and then travel time to MK. Even with a rental, I think it would make for an awfully stressful time. If it were me, I'd grab dinner before Frozen and then head right to MK. You can even do dinner there if you have a late lunch.
