Le Cellier has no outdoor seating and you cannot see Illuminations or anything else from inside the restaurant - unless I'm mistaken, it does not have windows.

The Rose and Crown (UK) has outdoor seating and you can see some of Illuminations from there if you get a good table (not my favorite spot!). LeCellier is like a wind celler, dark with no windows.
It sounds like maybe the person was mistaken and said it was Le Cellier but that it was actually somewhere else. Thanks for the clarification guys! We decided we will take our deserts to go and find a place to sit and watch Illuminations outside and eat dessert. This will be DBF's birthday dinner and night (DS will be going to the Neverland club from 6-9:30pm so we can enjoy our adult time).
