It is between the two gift shops at the entrance to World Showcase.
You stand for it.

It is kind of hard to find.

When walking from Future World to World Showcase,you come to 2 stores(The "Towers") when you reach World Showcase Promenade.

The store on the right is Port of Entry.

The store on the left is Disney Traders

Go to the right side of Port of Entry.

The "checkpoint" is at the "back corner" of the right side(outside of the building) of Port of Entry.

The viewing area is behind Port of Entry.
