Illuminations & Disney Dining

Hello everyone -
My family and I have an illuminations cruise reserved for our January trip. When I made the reservation, they mentioned that we can order Private Dining through the Beach Club (which is where we are staying). My question is, can we order Private Dining and would it be considered "room service" and would we be able to use 2 - dining credits each for it? I'm just wondering if anyone has already looked into this and possibily knows the answer.....

Good question - that I do not have an answer to If it is allowed on the DP it would be 2 TS. I would call BC private dining and ask.

I am fairly sure it is not considered room service, but private dinning, so no to the credits, but it is worth cheking in case I am wrong as I am not 100% sure

Thanks for the feedback. I kind of think that it wouldn't be allowed but it never hurts to ask. When I find out the answer, I will be sure to post it.

I don't know if it matters to you, but I read a TR stating it was difficult to eat their meal on the cruise as they had to balance their plates on their laps.

I never thought of where the plates would go if you eat dinner on the cruise! I think that would be a definite turn off for us. We are just going to stick to our first plan and have dinner at Cape May and then eat the snacks/drinks provided on the cruise and just forget the thought of dinner on the boat.....I'm not much of a multitasker so the thought of dinner, illuminations, taking pictures, watching the kids, and whatever else the night may bring - it all sounds like too much stress for me! Dinner before sounds much more enjoyable.
