Illuminations disability viewing area changes?

With the illuminations FP+ and the Dessert Party, have they changed the area at the top of WS where the a disability view was (is)? I loved the area that was just next to the dock towards Canada. We'll be 1 ECV and 1 Wheelchair with 4 wheelchair pushers

We just got back from WDW on April 11 and the viewing areas were still in the same spots.
The handicapped viewing areas were on each side of the shops where you enter World Showcase. So one area is on the Mexico side of the shops and the other (the one you like) is on the Canada side.
The Dessert party is not offered every night and is in the area between the shops.
