Has anyone had success booking this as a party of 2? It shows no availability for tables of 2 but I can book for 3 or 4. Calling the dining line at this point has not helped.

I'm having the same issue.

Try again. I just did a mock up reservation inquiry for Apr 22 and it showed fine for a party of 2 at 8 pm.

We had a party of 2 and didn’t have a problem reserving, but I have heard people had that exact problem in the past. Reserve for 3 and you should be good. We really enjoyed the food and drinks and seating. More worth it for us to get a meal and dessert rather than just dessert.... and unlimited adult beverages
