IllumiNations Desert Party Timing Question for the Invite

So, if the host will be meeting people at the front of Epcot at 8:00 for the dessert party - should I put 7:45 on the invite? Want to make sure everyone gives themselves enough time as they will be using Disney bus transportation to get there.

That's what I'd do! I moved all our bus-meeting times up by 10 minutes. People complained that they had to wait a long time before the bus departed, but they all made it to the wedding and DP!

I agree with lpizzuro123. Better to be safe than sorry.

Although our DP runs right after the reception, I am adding 10 mintues to the bus times to allow for those who "run late". I have a lot of those in my family.
