I got a MK cruise for the fireworks on Easter Sunday...just now! The cast member who helped me was absolutely WONDERFUL and if she were here right now I'd kiss her!...whew, I had to say that so I wouldn't yell and wake up the kids

Yes, 10 adults and 2 children (small) would fit, but that's
just about the MAX.

Just so you know, it's really, really, really hard to get the Breathless. I got up at 4:55 every morning for a week and a half, and it was never available for a Specialty Cruise. I really wanted this for our 25th anniversary in late May, but no go. I will continue to call, just in case of a cancellation, but I am not getting my hopes up.

I just don't know how someone books this boat. I am sooo disappointed.

Yes, last December we had 11 people, 8 adults and 3 children. BUT I don't think that the people in the back got as good of a view (sorry Jen!). Because of this, we decided not to share our cruise in May, we will have only 6 people on our Illuminations cruise.

OK - I just did a trial run and here's what I did:
Dial: 407-939-7529 then 3 for boat rentals Next if calling from the Orlando area or visiting in the next 7 days press 1, if reserving for upcoming trip press 2. Next enter phone or reservation number followed by the pound sign. Next if have been before press 1, if not press 2. Next if you have been more than 4 times in the last few years press 1 if not press 2. After that it takes you to a live person. I hope this helps, I know it sounds confusing!

Wow, thank you, Terri! Now I'm all ready to attempt to make my reservation. Wish me luck for one day in late June! If I am lucky enough to get a reservation I will start hunting for another family of 5 or so (there are five of us including a 9 year old child) to join us. Isn't this exciting!?

Mad2Scrap - I will have the same problem. You need to start dialing at 3:55am (and that will be 6:55am Florida time). With the Illumination cruise it shouldn't take too long to find out whether you got it or not (not as long as CRT at least) and then I plan on going back to bed and try another day (if I need too).

We have a Wishes Fireworks cruise scheduled on May 28th. We are looking for someone who has an illuminations cruise on the 24, 25, or 27 of May, and would like to also see the Wishes Fireworks. We would be willing to share our boat if you share yours. There are only two of us and we are only looking to add one other couple or a small family.

If anyone is lucky enough to get booked on a cruise for any time the week of June 25th through July 1st (except the 28th when we're going to Cirque de Soleil!) and would like another family to join, please let me know. If I do not get lucky to book our own cruise , we (five of us) would like to join you. I will begin making my call the weekend of March 25th.

Is three someplace else I can go to solicit riders for the Illuminations cruise?

I am so excited, I just booked the Illuminations cruise for Saturday June 4!!!

This board is the best! There are 4 of us in my family so if anyone else is interested in joining us we have room.

DH and I would love to do an Illumination cruise on our October trip. We have not set exact dates yet, but will most likely be going Columbus weekend. Just curious if we can find 8-10 other people to book an Illuminations cruise with. The Pontoon boat hold "10 comfortably, up to 12" people for 140.84 + tax. With just 10 people it will only cost around $15 per person to do the cruise!!! So....if you are interested in possibly booking this cruise with us, send me a PM and we'll set a date and get things going!

Hello all, I am a newbie at this. My husband, 2 daughters, and myself, will be traveling to Disney the week of 6/14-20. We will also be traveling with my parents, who are celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary the week before we are there. I am very interested in booking one of the speciality cruises, however, being new at all this, I am a little confused. Is the cost of cruise split by all on the cruise? How do you hook up with someone else and book together?
