Illuminations Cruise ??

I have a while before I have to really worry about this, but would like to know how much $$ I need to plan. I'm hoping to book a cruise for our trip in Feb. for Valentines Day. If I remember right I read that you can have food catered for the cruise. Is this correct? Has anyone done this? What kinds of things are available? and do I have to order this when I first book the cruise? thanks for any info.

I think there's specific packages that have sandwiches and beverages available, but you really can have ANYTHING you want. It's just a matter of how much you're willing to pay.

I booked for my anniversary next Monday and they added a party with decorations, a cake and pop. It was $125 for the boat I think and another $75 for the party (I am trying to recall exactly and this is the best I can remember)
