Illuminations Cruise w/wo Private Dining

Can anybody give me a review or insight about the Illuminations Cruise?

What are the packaged snacks that are provided?

What are the choices for private dining?

Can alcohol be added?

The general Illuminations cruise has soft drinks and water. The snacks are things like Oreos, and crackers or pretzels. Simple easy items.

Can't speak for other ones as I have only done the regular cruise.
