IllumiNations Cruise Price Increase

PRICE INCREASE IN EFFECT!

Spoke to Cap't Scott last night (10/23/06) at Bayside Marina. As of Sunday, October 22, 2006 the IllumiNations Cruise Price has gone up to $275.00 and Birthday Cruises to $300.00
No Grace Period, Price has gone up ("Prices are subject to change at anytime")
I assume that this affects Wishes too, I was told that all Marina Pricing is the same.
Please pass the word to avoid this surprise at the Cashier's Window.

Holy cow. Only $25 but that is still a huge jump from a year ago before the other price jump went into effect.

Might make them less popular.

I don't think it will make them less poplar. We did the Wishes Cruise last year and I would do it again even with the price increase. We enjoyed it and thought it was well worth the money. Not only that, it's a vacation, so one always splurges a bit more.

Wow! The first time I did a cruise, only 3 years ago, the price was $150. That's more than an 80% jump in just 3 years. I wish our income increased like that.

Honestly, unless we were splitting it several ways I don't think I'd pay this now. It's just too much for what you get IMO.

Hmmmm...wonder if we'll see an increase of offers to split ressies from those who made them under the old price. That is if they find out before they show up.

We did a cruise August 2005, and it was $150...glad we did it then, at these prices we are not likely to do it again. Yes it's a vacation, and yes we splurge on our vacations (we stay deluxe, we eat at signature restaurants, etc.), but $275 to see fireworks and take a cruise around the lake? Even with snacks and soda it is just not worth it IMO.

Well..... the fishing excursion pontoon boats increased...HORRIBLY !!
