Do I pay for the cruise when i book it or do I pay the driver at the time of the cruise??

They take your cc info when you book the cruise

We paid for it when we took the cruise that night. YOu pay for it at the marina.

they took my cc info to hold the resv., but they didn't charge it until we checked in at the marina. Our cruise was AWESOME too!!!
