Illuminations as a 4th FP and is it worth while?

Is Illuminations a viable candidate for 4th FP or are they mostly gone by midday? Is it worth it?

It's still available for tonight for a party of 2 when I checked a little before 12:00 noon ET.

Some guests like that viewing area. At the time of year you'll be in Epcot, there'll be a lot of open spaces around World Showcase in case you want to use your FP for something else that will save you from waiting in a Standby line.
