I have an Illuminations Cruise for May 27 (3 adults) had to get the larger boat no smaller ones available. Graduation surprise for my DD. We have room for more.

I saw the instructions on how to dial in to make reservations and I wanted to know if the buttons to push (#3, #2, etc.) are correct and up to date? I called the number this afternoon and it seemed like pushing those numbers gets you something else.

Not sure about the extension numbers, but I can tell you that every time that I have called, I have been on hold for a very long time...as long as 45 minutes.

It wasn't quite that long when I called, but longer than what I'd normally think it'd be.

Not sure who you are referring to, nor actually the detailed instructions on numbers to push, BUT I just called the main number for booking recreational stuff and told them what I wanted. I am officially booked for now, yes. May cancel depending on if we get another family to split the cost or not.

Yes. It wasn't a problem to book it. I was just on hold on the phone for a while waiting to talk to someone before I could book it.
