Illuminations and F! in one night

Is it possible to see Illuminations and the 10:30 show of F! in one night? Thinking about positioning ourselves as close as possible to the boat dock for Illuminations and then riding the boat to HS for F! How pressed for time will we be? It will be a Monday with EMH at HS in June.

You can make it, if the boats are running well, and
you hit the boat "right."

But, it will be tight. IllumiNations will end about 9:15-ish.
I'd view it from UK or on the UK-France bridge.

If you are good walkers, that might be a better choice than waiting for a boat,
especially if there is a long line of guests already in place before you get to the Epcot boat dock.

If Illuminations is over at 9:15 and you are at or near the England-France bridge, you are just a short walk from the International Gateway.

The distance from the International Gateway, past the Boardwalk, and along the Connector to the DHS entrance is just under 1.5 miles.

DHS will likely close at 10 (even though the 2nd Fantasmic! starts at 10:30), so you've got roughly 45 minutes to walk a bit less than 2 miles.

If you're looking for something to compare it to: Once around World Showcase Lagoon is a mile. If you can do two circuits of the Lagoon in 45 minutes, you can also make it to DHS in time for Fantasmic.

Assuming you will be PM EMH eligible(and therefore can enter DHS after 10:00 PM),taking the boat will be possible.

Watch from the English Channel Bridge and IMMEDIATELY after the last firework explodes,SPEED WALK out the International Gateway and to the Boat.

There will be a boat waiting for the first post-Illuminations Guests,but it leaves within minutes of the end of IllumiNations.

If you don't make that first Boat or if you are not PM EMH eligible,to be safe,I would walk to DHS(use the shortcut by the Boardwalk pool).

I guess we will just see how it goes. We are staying on property so we can get in during EMH. I don't know that the kids will be able to make another long trek to walk the way to HS after a full day at the parks. I guess we could start out that way and if they give out, we could catch the boat at the Boardwalk? What about seating that late? Being towards the back doesn't bother us, but our party of 5 would want to sit together.

Since you are PM EMH eligible,you should be fine even if you don't make the first Boat after IllumiNations-just be sure to make the second Boat(it is around a 30 minute trip from Epcot to DHS).

Seating for the second F! is usually very plentiful.
