Illinois WDW Lovers?!

Anyone else out there from Illinois that loves WDW? If so, are you returning to the magical land any time soon?

we were born and raised in Chitown, but live in carpentersville! 2 grown, married sons, and grandson, and granddaughter on the way! have been to WDW 13 times (4 times in the last year. now wwwe have no plans in the near future to visit . we are saving up to MOVE THERE! and hopefully work for disney!

My wife and I are HUGE Disney fans! We're heading back Sept. 1st
This will also be our first trip with our son (he'll be 18 months at time of the trip), so there will be one more Chicagan (Arlington Heights to be specific) that's been touched by the magic, too!

Hello, welcome to the forum. I'm checking in from Pingree Grove which is a very small town (trying to be a suburb) west of Chicago. We went home to WDW in both March and April. No new trips on the horizon; but, I am hopeful that we will be going back sooner, rather than later! LOL

Hey all you fellow Illinoisans! Okay I am not in IL anymore but I was raised there and am a very proud U of I grad! My family is still there. I am directly from Illini Central!

I still love Illinois and consider it home. Well except for during Jan, Feb and usually March. Then I disavow any knowledge of it!

Yup! I moved here when I was 17 to attend U of I and wound up staying. My house is actually in Savoy now, after years of renting in Champaign itself.

Me, me, me!! We live in the heart of Chicago, near the lake. We're going back to WDW on July 20th staying for 10 days!
